Features of MEX

You can choose from a wide variety of features and tools within MEX to help you manage the maintenance that you are responsible for. You can use whatever feature of MEX you need and ignore the modules that you don't have a use for.

Management:

- A complete record of every Asset/Equipment.

Assets:

- Depreciation of each item to allow for current value of assets.
- Supplier and warranty information.
- Up to 40 user defined fields to record information on Assets.
- A tree structure to allow for parent/child relationships between Assets.
- Unlimited number of Assets can be entered.
- Store and view graphics/pictures for each item.
- Physical characteristics of each item including height, width, depth and colour.

Work Orders:

- Work orders can be created for every job done.
- Post entry work orders, enter history records for jobs that are already completed.

- Create purchase orders for any item.

Reports:

- Use our reports or modify them with MS Access.
- Built in graphs.
- Create your own reports with MS Access and add them to the MEX Reports menu.

Invoicing:

- Create an invoice from a work order, or use the Invoicing module to manually create an invoice.
- MEX cost a quote directly from the work order or use the quoted price on the invoice.
- Enter discounts for each customer, this will show on all invoices for that particular customer.
- Labour and parts costings can be charged out differently for each customer.
